Head of Operations, Research & Development and Special Projects
Dr Kennedy is a detail orientated growth focused Training/Learning & Development and Industrial R&D Project Specialist (Nuclear Decommissioning & Decontamination / Oil & Gas / Petrochemicals / Utilities). He is also a Certified WJA Water Jetting, First Aid and Industrial Medical Trainer. In addition, he remains research active as a Visiting Industrial Fellow at the University of Bristol (UK) Physics Department – within the Interface Analysis Centre (IAC). His Doctoral Degree focuses on the strategic elements to Organisational Lobbying Activities from the Energy & Power Generation Sector.
Dr Sean Cashin

Dr Cashin has 25 years’ experience as a project professional operating across multiple sectors and geographies including; Defence & Security, Infrastructure, Financial Services, Energy / Environmental Risk, Major Events and Sports, Venue Operations, Information Technology. He has developed highly sought after specialist expertise in Business Development, Operations & Logistics, Contract Management, Business Integration, building and leading Project Delivery Teams. His Doctoral Degree is in GIS & Remote Sensing.

This is alongside specialisations in Programme and Project Management, Policies and Procedures, Stakeholder Management and 3rd Party Supplier Management.

Honey is a driven Project Manager, Business Development Professional and Performance Analyst with a strong engineering and Health & Safety background across many industries. She holds the groundbreaking place as the 1st female HSE manager in post within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Countries. Honey has grown to become adept at start-up generation, business development, contract negotiations at all levels, process mapping, risk identification and mitigation, vendor/supplier selection, procurement, recruitment and management of both human and physical resources and B2B relationships. With a natural ability for networking, this is something that has resulted in the building of strong and high performing professional cross-cultural relationships. With a demonstrable track record of successfully working within the complexities of the Middle East’s industrial landscape, Honey is able to leverage a deep understanding of the business culture and interpersonal culture of the GCC markets. She has fully rounded business linguistic capabilities in both Persian and Arabic – alongside that of “mother tongue” fluency in English.

Anita brings a wealth of administrative experience across multiple sectors including; industrial plant and equipment hire, sales, the Water Jetting Industry (most recently as an integral part of the UK Water Jetting Association’s secretariate) and also export operations. She is adept at streamlining administrative processes and ensuring client / team exchanges always run both equitably and smoothly for all those concerned – helping to foster long term relationships with our partners.
